The Buyer agrees to purchase products on the website https://www.goevcorp.com/ on the following conditions:
1. The purchase price and basic purchase conditions are indicated on the Site. The price includes the cost of the goods and their delivery to the seaport in the Buyer's country.
2. Payment of import duties, taxes and additional charges shall be borne by the Buyer himself and cannot be transferred for payment to the Seller. The buyer must have an import license if required by the import regulations of his / her country. If the Buyer does not have an import license, he/she can find a local brokerage agency to assist with the customs clearance procedure.
3. The buyer, as a consumer, has the right to claim a refund under the terms of the Refund Policy.
4. The goods ordered by the Buyer on the Site are sent after the Seller receives the full payment for the cost of the goods.
5. In everything that is not provided for in this Agreement, the Seller and the Buyer are guided by legal regulations.
7. The warranty period begins upon receipt by the purchaser.

After you paid for your order through checkout, your personal manager gets in touch with you via email and/or telephone and confirms the order. On confirmation, your order is being transferred to the production stage.
After the order had been placed, your personal manager and customer care support managers keep on informing you of your order status on a regular basis.
Delivery of additional items
You can order additional items (options or spare parts) for your e-bike and add them to your current order.
Note: in case your order extras after your main order had been shipped, your extra order will be shipped with the next batch of orders and will include additional cost for delivery.

The price includes the cost of goods and their delivery to the door or to the seaport, depending on the location of the buyer. Important! When you proceed with an order, please consider the specified time and terms for manufacturing and delivery.
Goods ordered by the Buyer on the Site will be shipped after the seller receives full payment for the goods.
After proper preparation for transportation, the goods will be handed over to the carrier. It should be noted that from the moment of goods transfer to the carrier, the delivery address specified by the Buyer cannot be changed. Important! The buyer is solely and personally responsible for the accuracy of the indicated delivery address.
GoEV Corp will keep the customer updated on the preliminary date of shipping and send a notification when a bike is ready to be shipped.
Ownership of the goods and responsibility for their condition will pass to the Buyer upon Buyer’s physical receipt of the goods.
After receiving the order at the pick-up point or at the designated address, the Buyer undertakes to check the integrity of the package completed by the company at the place of issue in the presence of an employee of the carrier company or point of issue. Important! If the inspection is not carried out, the
The Buyer will be deprived of the right to report a violation of the integrity of the package.
If a breach of package integrity is detected during the inspection, the Buyer undertakes to draw up an Act on this incident in the presence of an employee of the carrier company or point of issue. The act must be signed by the Buyer and the relevant employee.
As for the issues of non-compliance of the received goods with the initially declared quantity, assortment, shelf life, safety of packaging, they are resolved with the Seller in the presence of a duly prepared statement. Important! It is recommended to use photo/video shooting when unpacking the goods. The storage of related evidence that may be claimed in the event of complaints against the Seller is the responsibility of the Buyer.
Payment of import duty, taxes and additional fees is carried out by the Buyer independently and cannot be forwarded for payment to the Seller. The Buyer must have an import license if it is required by his/her country's import regulations. If the Buyer does not have an import license, he/she can find a local brokerage agency to assist with the customs clearance procedure.
GoEV Corp is not responsible for any customs clearance charges, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (e.g., taxes, tariffs, VAT).
We do not provide estimates of any duty, VAT, taxes, or clearance charges that may be applicable outside of the U.S. as these are specific to each destination country. The Buyer is solely responsible for understanding and complying with the import requirements of the destination country.
GoEV Corp will not be responsible or liable for any delay or failure to deliver the goods due to any cause which is unavoidable or beyond GoEV Corp's reasonable control. In such cases, GoEV Corp will have the right, at its option, without penalty or any liability for breach, to terminate all or any part of any order or to reschedule delivery within a reasonable time.
Although GoEV Corp will make efforts to begin delivering your GoEV Corp bike or other product as soon as reasonably practicable, you understand and agree that there may be delays. An estimated time of delivery (ETD) is only an estimate, is subject to change, and GoEV Corp does not guarantee that the company will be able to ship your bike on an estimated ship date. As a result, in the event that a delay arises and the estimated shipment and/or release of a GoEV Corp bike is not met, we are is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to the delay, nor shall it be obligated to provide any discounts, refunds or credits due to any such delays. GoEV Corp will provide you periodical updates with information regarding the delivery schedule.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2.1. The Buyer has the right to request a refund within 7 calendar days from the date of order and the Seller will return the full cost of the purchase to the Buyer.
2.2. If the refund is requested after 7 calendar days from the date of order before the shipping date, the Seller returns the money to the Buyer in the amount of the payment made minus the minimum initial fees in the amount of 10% of purchased goods cost.
2.3. If the Buyer requests a refund after the shipping date and before receiving the goods, the Seller returns the money to the Buyer in the amount of payment made minus the initial fees in the amount of 20% of purchased goods cost. 2.4. If the Buyer requests a refund within 14 days after receiving the goods, the Seller returns the money to the Buyer according to the procedure described in paragraph 3 Return policy, in the amount of payment made minus the initial fees in the amount of 35% of purchased goods cost.
Damages and issues

1.2. The company guarantees that your battery pack will have a capacity of at least 70% of its original capacity for a minimum of 500 charge cycles or two years, whichever comes first.
1.3. The warranty only covers defective materials and workmanship.
2. Warranty conditions
2.1. The warranty is effective from the date of purchase and will expire at the end of the applicable warranty period/out of warranty.
2.2. In the event of a complaint, the Company undertakes to provide the necessary components to remedy the complaint. If the case falls under the definition of a warranty case, the Company, at its own expense and on its own, will provide the Buyer with spare parts necessary to restore the bike to working capacity.
2.3. To determine the cause of the failure, the Buyer undertakes to send photo and video materials that will help the Company determine the cause of the failure. After verification, the Company will send the Buyer the spare parts, as well as instructions for their installation.
2.4. If upon receipt of the bike you notice damage to the packaging, we recommend that you make an unpacking video.
3. Warranty restrictions. The warranty does not cover:
3.1. Defects and breakdowns associated with improper / negligent / inappropriate use, as well as improper / insufficient maintenance of the bike.
3.3. Natural wear and tear on the bike and paint fading caused by exposure to ultraviolet (UV).
3.4. External influences, mainly falling stones, collisions, accidents, bike falls and other external events with direct external impact of mechanical influences.
3.5. Intentional and/or malicious acts, theft and robbery, and acts of God and/or malicious acts.
3.6. Damage in transit, power surges, use of an unsuitable charger, water damage.
3.7. Replacement / additional installation of parts and components of the bike not agreed with the Company during the warranty period.
3.8. Tires, tubes, rims, spokes, brake pads, brake discs, drive belt, grips, key batteries, mirrors, footrest, saddle and pedals are not covered by the warranty.
